Welcome to Character Analysis (powered by PromptSuiteAI). By accessing or using our website, extension, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Character Analysis provides AI-powered visual forensics tools designed to analyze images for prompt generation, style consistency, and technical metadata extraction. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account via our secure authentication provider (Google/Firebase). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content & License

You retain full ownership of any images or text you upload to our service ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (e.g., analyzing the image to generate a prompt).
We do not claim ownership of the prompts generated by our system; you are free to use them for any personal or commercial purpose.

            Ethical Usage: You explicitly agree not to use our tool to analyze CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), deepfake content without consent, or any illegal imagery. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of this policy.
        

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features (e.g., "Forensic Pro") require a paid subscription.

Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" portal in your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service (immediate access to server-cost-intensive GPU processing), we generally do not offer refunds, but we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptSuiteAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Third-Party Services

Our tool integrates with third-party platforms like Grok (xAI) and Gemini (Google). We are not affiliated with these companies. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective Terms of Service.
